Starting the Search With the Decisions Renters Actually Make. Instead of asking users to explore each building separately, we designed the experience around the key decisions renters make first: property, bedroom count, pricing, and move-in timing. A centralized search and portfolio view makes it easier to narrow options before diving into individual communities.

Turning Complex Rental Inventory Into a Clear Decision System. Each property contains multiple suite types, layouts, prices, and availability states. We organized this information into a structured suite index that lets users move from building-level context into individual units while keeping floorplans, square footage, pricing, and availability easy to compare.
