Toronto Local Dining

Translating the Restaurant’s Personality Into a Digital Experience. The Frederick’s identity is expressive, warm, and confident. Oversized typography, editorial compositions, bold graphic elements, and atmospheric photography were used to create a website that feels less like a conventional restaurant template and more like an extension of the physical space.

Editorial Layouts

Uses expressive typography, asymmetry, and generous scale to give each page a strong visual rhythm.

Image-Led Storytelling

Large photography and immersive gallery views bring the atmosphere of the restaurant into the digital experience.

Making Food and Drink Easy to Browse Without Losing the Brand. The menu experience was designed directly into the website, using clear categories and typographic hierarchy while preserving the same visual character as the rest of the brand. Guests can move between food, cocktails, and beverages without leaving the experience.

Clear Categories

Organizes food and beverage content into simple, easy-to-scan sections.

Integrated Web Menu

Keeps menu content within the website instead of relying on disconnected PDF files.

Turning Exploration Into a Visit. Reservations, private dining, and event bookings are treated as part of the core experience rather than secondary utilities. Clear calls to action remain visible throughout the site, helping guests move naturally from discovering the restaurant to planning a table or event.

Persistent Reservation Access

Keeps table booking visible throughout the experience without overwhelming the content.

Dedicated Event Path

Creates a clear route for private dining and group bookings separate from everyday reservations.
